Dataworx Technologies, LLC, (Dataworx) is a privately
owned and independently operated software and information services company headquartered
in Cleveland Ohio. Dataworx provides on-demand asset protection to customers
in
a wide range of industry sectors. We help organizations protect their most valuable
assets: their people and their property. |

Founded in 1996 by a group of college classmates, the company’s original business
model was developing custom database-driven websites. As early pioneers in
this emerging area of business Dataworx developed specialty sites for nationally
known organizations such as the Chandler Group, Kettering Foundation and Pew Charitable
Foundations. |

In 1999 Dataworx began focusing exclusively on custom
safety and property protection systems. Soon after, Dataworx introduced the
first web-based safety and property management software to the market. The
initial release was well received producing an impressive collection of early adopters
including Fortune 100 leaders in public power, telecommunications, retail, and food
processing. |

As is the case with software so frequently, our business
model needed upgraded to meet the growing demands of our customers and emerging
market opportunities. In 2004 Dataworx infused senior architectural talent into
the company to transform the boutique software shop into a commercial software company.
This most recent transformation took three years and culminated in the release
of eTrax 2.0. |

Today, the original business founders still manage the product family. The
business is targeting growth in four middle market sectors where they currently
have customers. As part of their growth plans Dataworx recently introduced two new
product editions geared for both middle and small sized businesses. |

should own their risk information. Our
products and services enable customers to track and transform clean, quality, process-level data into
safety and risk intelligence. Our customers improve their safety and risk
processes by adopting best practices for safey and risk information management.
